3. Governance & Best Practices: I establish and implement a lightweight but robust framework for data governance, ensuring the data is accurate, trusted, and secure, drawing on deep experience from mission-critical FinTech environments.

Stakeholder Management: I act as the primary liaison between the data team and its stakeholders, translating business needs into technical requirements and communicating the value of the team's work back to the business.
